This is an original US Army USATC Armor shoulder sleeve insignia patch.
Heraldry and Historical Design
Issued to personnel at Fort Knox, Kentucky, this triangular patch features classic armour heraldry. The three-colour base represents cavalry yellow, infantry blue, and artillery red. Centred on the pyramid, a black cannon barrel and red lightning bolt represent firepower and rapid shock action, anchored by an integrated USATC ARMOR text tab at the base.
