Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We offer a straightforward, extended 60-day returns and exchanges policy on all standard surplus stock.
60-Day Return Window
If you change your mind, need a different size, or decide the item isn't right for your kit, you have 60 days from the date of receiving your order to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
Please note: Sizing and item exchanges are strictly UK Only. If you are an international customer and need a different size or alternative kit, you must return your item for a refund and place a new order online for the correct item (return and repurchase).
To qualify for a refund or direct exchange, all returned items must satisfy these conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the exact condition it was sent to you.
- All original tags, product labels, and original packaging must remain intact.
International Customs Declarations
If you are returning an order from outside the United Kingdom, please follow this customs instruction to prevent customs handling fees:
You must ensure that a correctly completed CN22 or CN23 customs form is attached to the outside of your package. It is critical that the description of the contents is clearly marked as "PRODUCT RETURN" or "RETURNED GOODS". If this is not done, UK customs may charge import duties and taxes on your shipment, which we will have to deduct from your final refund.
Please remember that all international returns are processed for refund only. If you require a different size or alternative item, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order (return and repurchase) for the replacement item.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your military surplus kit as soon as it arrives. Although we hand-grade all stock carefully, issues can occasionally occur during transit.
You must notify our support team within 7 days of receiving your package to report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items in your shipment. We will arrange replacements or refunds immediately at no additional cost to you.
Return Exclusions
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from our change-of-mind return policy:
- Customized, custom-tailored, or made-to-order gear.
- Opened consumables, food items, chocolate, or ration packs.
- Aerosols, spray paints, or liquid cleaners.
- Underwear and hygiene-sensitive clothing items.
