Delivery Information

UK Delivery Options

For customers in the UK, we offer the following delivery services:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Typically delivered in 1–2 days (delivery 7 days a week).
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Delivered Monday to Saturday.
• ParcelForce Next Working Day – Delivered Monday to Friday. Please note: orders placed on Friday after 1pm will not arrive until the following Tuesday.
• DHL Next Working Day – Delivered Monday to Friday. Please note: orders placed on Friday after 1pm will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Overseas Delivery Options

We ship worldwide and offer a range of international delivery services:

• Royal Mail / Deutsche Post Tracked Airmail – Typically 10–20 days.
• DHL Worldwide – Typically 2–5 days, up to 10 days for harder‑to‑reach destinations.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. You will see all shipping options and prices before completing your purchase.

We regularly review our shipping rates to offer the most affordable options available, so prices may change without notice.

Import Tax & Duties

We use IOSS (EU) and Norway VOEC where applicable. For all other destinations, customers are responsible for knowing and paying any import charges required by their local customs authority. All orders are shipped from the UK.

We collect duties and import tariffs for US orders at the checkout, you wont have to pay anything extra.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to provide accurate delivery estimates; however, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing additional time for your order to arrive, especially during busy periods or when shipping internationally.
