Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 60‑day returns policy. If you change your mind about your order, you have 60 days to send the item(s) back for a refund. You are responsible for return costs. If we have made an error, please get in touch at contact@surplusqm.com.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged.
  • Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Items must be placed inside external shipping packaging (do not use product packaging as the shipping box).

Using product packaging as the shipping container (for example, attaching labels or sealing it with tape) may result in a deduction from your refund to cover any damage.

If you are returning your item(s) because you have changed your mind, you do not need to contact us beforehand.

Return Requirements

  • Include a note with your name, contact information, order number, and reason for return.
  • Ensure the parcel is securely packaged and includes a return address.
  • Overseas customers must include a correctly completed CN22/CN23 customs form stating that the items are product returns.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

  • Customised or made‑to‑order items.
  • Open items including underwear or consumables (e.g., chocolate, spray paints).

You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any import fees caused by an incorrectly completed CN22/CN23.

Returning Items Due to an Issue

If you are returning an item because of a problem with your order, please contact us at contact@surplusqm.com as soon as possible so we can help. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any missing or damaged items.

Exchanges

We offer a UK exchange service if your item does not fit.

  • Follow the return process outlined above.
  • Include a note stating which item(s) you are exchanging and the size you need.

You will pay the cost of returning the item(s), but we will cover the cost of sending the exchange back to you.

We do not currently offer an overseas exchange service. Overseas customers should return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the required size.
