This is a genuine Swiss M70 Camo Rucksack featuring the original alpenflage pattern.
Swiss Alpine Design
Originally designed for Swiss alpine troops during the Cold War, this combat pack features the iconic Tarnanzug 57 alpenflage pattern. The multi-coloured design was engineered to hide soldiers in the varied terrains of the Swiss Alps. It is made from a heavy-duty, 100% cotton canvas that withstands rough mountain brush and outlasts typical modern synthetic fabrics.
Upgraded Webbing Harness
The original bags were designed to clip only to the Swiss M70 jacket. These surplus packs have been modified with adjustable shoulder straps and a quick-release chest buckle. This clever update lets you use the pack as a standalone daysack. The broad shoulder webbing helps distribute a weight of 15 to 20 litres comfortably without digging into your shoulders during hikes.
Practical Field Storage
This pack features a roomy central compartment with three secure post-and-stud fasteners to protect your main gear. On each side, you will find two long, open-top utility pockets. Originally made for rocket-propelled grenades, these deep side pouches are perfect for holding water bottles, flasks, or small tools, making them easy to grab on the move without opening the main bag.

Refusal Policy

We offer an extended 60-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
Exchanges (UK Only)
We offer a "Shared Cost" exchange service within the UK. You cover the cost of returning the item to us, and we will pay the shipping cost to send the new exchange item back out to you.
International Orders
We are currently unable to offer an exchange service for orders outside of the UK. International customers should return their unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the alternative size/item.
