This original Czech Army Ushanka Wool Hat is a genuine winter cap from Cold War military stock.

Cold War Heritage

Originally issued as part of the vz. 85 uniform system for the Czechoslovak People's Army (ČSLA), this winter cap represents robust Eastern Bloc engineering. Designed to combat biting central European winters, each hat is in unissued Supergrade condition. It features the removable, golden-toned Czech coat-of-arms shield badge pinned to the front.

Thermal Engineering

The outer shell is made of a rugged, wind-resistant cotton-polyester twill that prevents chill from penetrating. Inside, a soft, quilted crown lining works in tandem with dense, grey high-pile fur. This high-density pile acts as an efficient thermal barrier, trapping body heat over your forehead, ears, and neck during sub-zero outdoor activities.

Adaptable Field Utility

For shifting winter climates, the adjustable ear flaps deploy quickly to protect your jaw and cheeks.
