These goggles were issued to the German Bundeswehr and are built for durability. The light grey plastic frame is shaped to fit comfortably against the face, offering good coverage. Inside, thick, soft padding provides a snug fit for extended wear. The tinted brown lens helps reduce glare, making them useful in bright conditions. For a secure fit, there is an adjustable elastic strap with a metal buckle, and ventilation slots on the sides help prevent fogging. You might notice the marking 'S&G 8/79' on the frame, suggesting manufacture by S&G in August 1979. As military surplus, they may show signs of wear, which adds to their character.
