A genuine piece of Italian military history, these Original Italian Army Mess Tins are a practical addition to any outdoor kit or collection.

Issued to Italian soldiers during the Cold War, these tins are built to last. The set includes a large cooking pot with a sturdy wire bail handle for carrying or hanging over a fire, and a smaller oval tin that nests neatly inside. The hinged lid of the large pot is also designed to serve as a smaller cooking vessel or plate, complete with its own folding metal handle. Finished in a classic olive drab green, these mess tins bear the marking 'OSIM '75', offering a tangible link to the past. Their compact nesting design makes them efficient for storage and transport, ideal for camping, hiking, or bushcraft.
