Military PCS System Design

This top was developed as the primary cold-weather base layer for the British Armed Forces' Personal Clothing System (PCS). It replaced the older Combat Soldier 95 shirts to provide better moisture control. It was engineered specifically to be worn directly against the skin, keeping troops warm during static watch duties or active patrols in freezing temperatures.

Dual-Layer Thermal Fabric

Built from a technical 100% polyester fabric, it features a dual-layer structure. The outside uses a breathable, micro-ribbed waffle knit that pulls perspiration away from the body. The interior is finished with a low-loft brushed pile that retains body warmth. This combination makes it far superior to civilian cotton base layers, which hold dampness and chill you.

Ergonomic Active Fit

Every detail is designed for active movement. Low-profile flat seams eliminate friction when layered under heavy rucksacks or rigid work clothing. Refusal Policy
