This is an original US Army 102nd Infantry Division shoulder sleeve patch.
WW2 Division Heritage
The 102nd Infantry Division, nicknamed the Ozark Division, served in Western Europe during World War 2. Activated in 1942, the unit fought through the Rhineland and Central Europe campaigns. This shoulder sleeve insignia identifies the primary division headquarters on military tunics and field jackets.
