This genuine US Army Europe patch represents USAREUR, activated in 1942 to direct American forces across the European theatre during WWII and the Cold War. Worn on the upper sleeve, it identifies unit affiliation and heritage.
Symbolic Shield Design
The patch features a blue shield background measuring 8.5cm by 6cm. At its centre is a white and red flaming sword beneath a multi-coloured rainbow arc, symbolising liberation, justice, and peace across Europe.
Durable Embroidered Construction
Made with tight embroidery and a blue border, this patch features white backing thread for sturdy sew-on attachment to jackets, tunic sleeves, or display boards.

This item was used by the US Army during the WWII (1939–1945) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
