This is an accurate reproduction of the classic 1970s Chinese Army Officer watch.

Cold War Heritage

This timepiece is inspired by the watches issued to senior officers in the Chinese People's Liberation Army back in the 1970s. During the Cold War, China made these watches locally at the Shanghai and Shijiazhuang factories for military commanders. This reproduction captures that distinct design, making it an excellent piece if you collect vintage military gear.

Technical Specifications

It features a polished 35mm alloy case that sits nicely on the wrist without feeling bulky. Inside, we have got a reliable Japanese quartz movement that keeps accurate time. The cream-coloured dial is detailed with applied gold hour bars, a clean minute track, and a slim second hand with a small red dot near the tip so you can easily spot it in the field.

Practical Utility

The watch comes on an adjustable brown PU leather strap with a vintage crocodile pattern. It is perfect for everyday wear, historical reenactments, or outdoor adventures. Just a quick heads-up: the hands can look a bit free-moving in the presentation box, but they lock right into place as soon as you push the crown wheel fully in to connect the pre-installed battery.
