This Egyptian Naval Commando style watch is a modern quartz timepiece inspired by 1950s combat swimmer designs.

Cold War Naval Heritage

This timepiece replicates the legendary 1956 GPF 2/56 commissioned for Egyptian Navy frogmen during the Suez Crisis. Built to withstand extreme underwater environments, its standout feature is the riveted bezel design with raised studs. These studs originally allowed divers to calculate immersion times in zero-visibility conditions, proving its specialized military utility.

The 46mm silver-tone case offers substantial wrist presence without the unwieldy weight of the original 60mm prototype. A reliable Japanese quartz movement ensures highly accurate timekeeping for daily wear. It features a high-legibility matte black dial with oversized pale green indices, providing clear visibility during night-time use or outdoor activities.

Heavy-Duty Webbing Strap
