This is a US WW2 camouflage jump scarf.
Airborne Heritage
US paratroopers in WW2 cut sections from green camouflage parachutes after landing in Normandy. Wearing these scarves protected their necks from rough jacket collars while breaking up their outline on patrol.
Parachute Fabric
Made from lightweight woven rayon fabric, the scarf absorbs sweat and dries quickly. The hand-cut raw edges and visible stitching show its direct origin from parachute canopy panels without adding bulk.
Field Usability
