Swedish Reversible Red Cross Armband
Good used condition. Fully functional and field-ready, with light wear and typical service markings.
Genuine Issue Surplus
KEY FEATURES
The Swedish Reversible Red Cross Armband is original Cold War military surplus issued to Swedish Armed Forces field medics.
Cold War Medical Issue
Issued to military medical personnel during the 1970s and 1980s, this brassard provided clear Geneva Convention identification. Constructed from waterproof PVC synthetic material, it withstands rain and mud without absorbing moisture or rotting in wet field conditions.
Reversible Dual-Sided Design
The brassard features a high-visibility white side for standard medical recognition alongside an olive drab reverse side. The subdued green backing reduces visual signature during tactical field exercises while maintaining the required red cross insignia in a central white panel.
Field Utility and Fit
An integrated hook and loop fastener allows quick attachment and size adjustment over combat jackets or outerwear. It provides immediate identification for airsoft medics, historical reenactors, and emergency response kits without restrictive elastic banding.
Add this genuine Swedish medical brassard to your field kit or military collection today.
This item was used by the Swedish Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
