Full Description
Finished in the classic military khaki green, this traditional pointed design is a staple of mid-century British Army service dress.
These ties are made from a durable cotton-blend fabric, chosen for its hard-wearing properties. Unlike modern, uniformly thin neckties, this pattern features a wider blade that tapers towards the traditional pointed tip, matching the requirements for Pattern 37 and Pattern 40 Battle Dress.
The Ministry of Defence maintained this specific shade and pattern from the post-war years onwards, making these ties suitable for period-accurate impressions. As these are surplus items, there may be slight variations in colour and condition. To maintain the integrity of the fabric, we recommend that these ties are spot-cleaned or professionally dry-cleaned only.
