Issued to the Belgian Armed Forces (ABL), this genuine issue waist belt features the iconic M97 jigsaw camouflage. Originally developed in 1956 to disrupt outlines in mixed European woodlands, the organic pattern broke up the wearer's visual signature in the field. This webbing belt was standard-issue equipment during the late Cold War and post-Cold War eras.
Robust Webbing & Slide Buckle
This belt is made from high-tensile nylon webbing with a 5cm width, fitting standard combat trousers. It features a low-profile, impact-resistant sliding plastic buckle. This simple friction-locking design contains no moving parts, ensuring reliable fastening and quick, infinitely adjustable tensioning even when operating in cold, wet, or muddy conditions.
Customisable Sizing & Grade 1 Surplus
At 120cm in length, this belt fits waists up to 112cm and can be cut and heat-sealed to your exact waist size. Classified as Grade 1 surplus, these belts are unissued but show minor storage wear on the buckles. We are currently unable to offer an exchange service for orders outside of the UK. International customers should return their unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the alternative size/item.
