Ailager® British RAF Pilot Watch - Blue Strap
Brand-new commercial outdoor and tactical gear, direct from trusted manufacturers.
KEY FEATURES
This British RAF pilot watch is an accurate reproduction of the classic wartime Air Ministry 6B/159 timepiece.
Historical Air Ministry Specification
Modelled directly on the wartime Air Ministry 6B/159 specification, this watch represents the standard issue timepiece supplied to RAF pilots and navigators from 1940. The clear silver-cream dial displays bold black Arabic numerals and the Royal Air Force motto 'Per Ardua Ad Astra', matching the clean cockpit layout required for dead-reckoning air navigation.
Reliable Movement with Hacking Function
Driven by a dependable dual quartz movement, this watch delivers reliable modern timekeeping without daily hand-winding. It features a practical hacking seconds function operated via the pull-out crown, allowing precise time synchronisation just like original wartime aviation instruments.
Durable Casing and Display Box
The watch features a polished 37mm case with 3 ATM splash resistance and an engraved A.M. 6B/159 case back. It is fitted with an adjustable textured blue PU strap and arrives in a duck-egg green drawer box lined with yellow felt, echoing the underside camouflage of Battle of Britain fighter aircraft.
Add this iconic RAF pattern wristwatch to your reenactment kit or everyday collection.
