An original post-war reissue of the iconic British Pattern 1937 Web Equipment, this large pack offers classic military utility. Stamped with the Danish military FKF crown mark and dated from the mid-1950s, each bag carries individual marks, stains and creases that showcase its unique history.
Danish Military History
After WWII, the Danish military adopted the British design as M/45 web gear. Made to the same specs on original machinery, these packs feature 100% cotton webbing and brass buckles. They are an ideal, budget-friendly choice for WW2 British re-enactors.
Practical Field Specifications
Measuring roughly 13 x 13 x 4.5 inches, this pack has plenty of space. It has a fold-over cover secured by two brass webbing ladders to keep items safe. A detachable shoulder strap makes it great for vintage fashion, hiking or historic military collections.
This khaki green webbing pack is a rugged, reliable choice for daily travel, school or historical displays. Complete your military layout with a functional piece of equipment built to withstand the elements.
This item was used by the Dutch Army during the Early Cold War (1947–1960) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
Grade 1 represents solid, fully functional military surplus that has been deployed or issued but remains in great usable condition with plenty of life left.
- Functionality: 100% field-ready. All main zippers, press studs, drawstrings, and buckles work as intended with no critical faults.
- Fabric & Wear: Structurally sound with light cosmetic wear, minor abrasion, or subtle fading from normal military use and laundering.
- Markings & Personalisation: May feature soldier names, unit numbers, service markings, or light depot stamps written on tags or fabric.
- Repairs: May include neat, professional military-standard stitches or minor reinforcement patches that do not compromise gear integrity.
- Storage & Cleanliness: Gear is serviceable straight out of the box, though a standard initial wash or airing is recommended to clear typical military surplus storage scent and minor handling dust.
