Genuine Issue Surplus
KEY FEATURES
These are original British Army Goliath tall YDS steel toe-capped safety boots.
Military Specification & Construction
Issued to British Armed Forces including Royal Engineers and vehicle mechanics, these boots are built for harsh depot and workshop tasks. The upper pairs thick full-grain leather with hard-wearing ballistic nylon side panels for breathable support. Reinforced double stitching across all stress points prevents seam blowouts during demanding ground work.
Certified Safety & Toe Protection
Certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 (S3 WR HRO SRC) standards, each boot features a robust 200-joule steel toe cap to shield against falling tools and crush hazards. An internal steel midsole stops punctures from nails and sharp debris underfoot, while the water-resistant upper treatment keeps your feet dry through wet outdoor shifts and yard work.
High-Traction All-Terrain Outsole
Underfoot, the direct-injected YDS dual-density polyurethane sole delivers exceptional grip on slick, oily surfaces. Rated HRO for heat resistance up to 300°C and SRC for slip resistance, the cleated tread channels away mud, diesel, and water. An energy-absorbing heel cavity cushions every step across hard concrete floors to reduce joint fatigue.
Field Comfort & Ankle Support
The high-leg profile features segmented foam padding around the calf and collar, giving firm high-ankle support without rubbing. A padded bellows tongue seals out dirt, grit, and moisture, while eight metal lacing eyelets provide a locked-in fit. Supplied in unissued Supergrade condition, they offer rugged, dependable workwear ready for duty.
Equip your workshop or outdoor kit with dependable British military safety boots built to handle heavy work.

Supergrade is our highest condition rating for genuine military surplus. Items in this category are in near-new, top-tier condition and have seen little to no field use.
- Origin: Typically unissued reserve stock, trial gear, or kit issued but never actively deployed.
- Fabric & Materials: Crisp, fully intact, and structurally perfect with original color vibrancy and no fading.
- Hardware & Fastenings: Zips, press studs, hook-and-loop closures, and buckles operate like new with no functional wear.
- Markings & Repairs: No holes, tears, repairs, or personalized user markings. Factory issue labels and faint depot storage stamps may be present.
- Storage & Scent: May show minor creasing or light dust from transit. Like most authentic military surplus held in long-term dry storage, items may carry a faint warehouse scent that clears easily with a quick first wash or air-out.
