US Brushed USAAF Baseball Cap
KEY FEATURES
The US Brushed USAAF Baseball Cap delivers classic military aviation style for outdoor and everyday wear.
Brushed Cotton Build
Built from heavy 100% brushed cotton twill, the crown gives a soft, broken-in feel right out of the box. The breathable natural fibres keep your head cool in warm weather, while tight weave stitching resists regular field wear and outdoor abrasion.
USAAF Insignia Detailing
The front crown displays the historic US Army Air Forces roundel. First used in 1942, this emblem features golden wings and a white star on an ultramarine blue circle. Dense direct-embroidery secures the patch firmly so it will not peel or fray over time.
Adjustable Six-Panel Fit
A classic six-panel profile includes sewn ventilation eyelets on each panel to dump heat during hard work. Around the back, a matching fabric strap with a metal sliding buckle lets you dial in an exact, secure fit that stays put in high winds.
Pack this USAAF cap for your next range session, woodland hike, or everyday outdoor work.
