Genuine Issue Surplus
KEY FEATURES
These genuine Dutch Army ODLO thermal long-johns offer reliable cold-weather protection and base-layer insulation.
Military Grade Thermals
Originally issued to the Royal Netherlands Army, these cold-weather drawers were made by the renowned apparel brand ODLO. Designed to protect soldiers operating in freezing northern climates, this base layer is engineered to retain core body temperature during stationary guard duties while remaining highly breathable during intense field movements.
Technical Fabric and Comfort
These underpants are made from a robust 80% cotton and 20% polyester blend. This specific fabric ratio provides the natural, soft next-to-skin comfort of cotton with the moisture-wicking, fast-drying benefits of polyester. The interior features a soft-brushed finish that traps warm air, while the elasticated waistband and fitted ankle cuffs prevent draft entry.
Outdoor Utility and Grading
This genuine surplus gear is in Grade 1 very good condition, meaning it shows light signs of service use but is fully functional with plenty of life left. The durable construction is far superior to standard civilian thermals, making it perfect for camping, bushcraft, cold-weather hiking, or outdoor work where staying dry and warm is critical.
Add these dependable Dutch military thermals to your outdoor layering system and stay insulated on your next cold-weather outing.
This item was used by the Dutch Army during the Modern (2000–Present) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
