Waterproof Shell
Built with a 3-layer polyamide membrane and fully taped inner seams, these trousers keep heavy rain out while letting moisture escape during active outdoor use. They were issued to Italian troops operating in desert environments where sudden downpours occur.
Field-Ready Functional Cut
Designed as an overpant, they feature a roomy fit that easily slides over your standard clothing. The elasticated waist, drawstring, and wide elastic suspenders hold them securely in place when walking over tough ground or through dense brush.
Quick Access & Boot Fit
Long zippered ankle cuffs with press-stud tabs allow you to pull them on over heavy combat boots without taking your boots off. Press-stud pocket pass-through slits at the hips let you reach straight into your under-layer pockets.
Care & Maintenance
To preserve the breathable waterproof layer, wash at 40°C without fabric softener. Never pierce the outer nylon fabric with pins or badges, as puncturing the membrane will compromise the waterproof seal.
