Italian Army Gore-Tex Desert Camo Overtrousers
Good used condition. Fully functional and field-ready, with light wear and typical service markings.
Genuine Issue Surplus
KEY FEATURES
These original Italian Army desert camo overtrousers deliver complete waterproof protection in heavy rain.
Waterproof Shell
Built with a 3-layer polyamide membrane and fully taped inner seams, these trousers keep heavy rain out while letting moisture escape during active outdoor use. They were issued to Italian troops operating in desert environments where sudden downpours occur.
Field-Ready Functional Cut
Designed as an overpant, they feature a roomy fit that easily slides over your standard clothing. The elasticated waist, drawstring, and wide elastic suspenders hold them securely in place when walking over tough ground or through dense brush.
Quick Access & Boot Fit
Long zippered ankle cuffs with press-stud tabs allow you to pull them on over heavy combat boots without taking your boots off. Press-stud pocket pass-through slits at the hips let you reach straight into your under-layer pockets.
Care & Maintenance
To preserve the breathable waterproof layer, wash at 40°C without fabric softener. Never pierce the outer nylon fabric with pins or badges, as puncturing the membrane will compromise the waterproof seal.
Equip your wet-weather kit with these genuine Italian military surplus overtrousers.

Grade 1 represents solid, fully functional military surplus that has been deployed or issued but remains in great usable condition with plenty of life left.
- Functionality: 100% field-ready. All main zippers, press studs, drawstrings, and buckles work as intended with no critical faults.
- Fabric & Wear: Structurally sound with light cosmetic wear, minor abrasion, or subtle fading from normal military use and laundering.
- Markings & Personalisation: May feature soldier names, unit numbers, service markings, or light depot stamps written on tags or fabric.
- Repairs: May include neat, professional military-standard stitches or minor reinforcement patches that do not compromise gear integrity.
- Storage & Cleanliness: Gear is serviceable straight out of the box, though a standard initial wash or airing is recommended to clear typical military surplus storage scent and minor handling dust.
A 3-color mottled camouflage pattern featuring irregular, jagged blotches in light tan, ochre, and chocolate brown, typically set on a sandy-beige background. It was specifically designed for concealment in arid, desert, and dry rocky environments, retaining the fractal-like edge geometry of the temperate Vegetato pattern.
Also known as: Mimetico Vegetata Deserto & Vegetato Arido
