KEY FEATURES
This is an original Hungarian Army compass complete with its original leather pouch.
Historical Design
Issued to Hungarian military forces, the 39/49 M. Tájoló compass was built for reliable land navigation. It features a robust Bakelite body and a protective olive-green metal lid that stands up to severe weather and heavy field use.
Field Navigation
The flip-top metal cover opens to reveal a sighting mirror and notch system, allowing you to align your target while reading the dial. The cover also includes a 5 cm measuring scale along the edge for fast distance calculations on topographic maps.
Protective Leather Case
Each compass comes with its original pebbled brown leather pouch featuring a secure stud fastener and neck lanyard. It keeps your compass clean and protected from impact when you are out hiking, bushcrafting, or collecting historical gear.
Add a genuine piece of military equipment to your kit for your next outdoor trip or historical collection.
