KEY FEATURES
These genuine British Army DPM POL waterproof trousers provide complete rain protection in the toughest outdoor conditions.
Petroleum and Chemical Resistance
Originally issued to British vehicle crews, these POL-resistant overtrousers are made with a tough nylon shell backed by a polychloroprene inner lining. This heavy rubber coating is designed to resist petrol, oils, and grease that would ruin standard breathable kit. They are ideal for messy workwear tasks, heavy mechanics, or muddy bushcraft jobs where normal gear just fails.
Practical Field Design
We love how practical these are in the field. They feature a generous, oversized cut so you can pull them straight over your boots and combat trousers. A simple drawstring waist and front press-stud popper secure them quickly. Plus, the handy pass-through pocket slits mean you don't have to struggle to reach the gear in your main trousers underneath.
Classic Military Utility
Finished in classic British Woodland DPM camouflage, they look great and blend right into forest settings. Since these are genuine military surplus, you might notice slight variations in colour or wear, but that just adds to their character. They are incredibly tough, windproof, and offer a level of durability that flimsy civilian rain pants cannot match.
Equip yourself with a pair of these rugged POL overtrousers and tackle your next wet-weather job or outdoor trek in complete comfort.
This item was used by the British Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.

Grade 1 represents solid, fully functional military surplus that has been deployed or issued but remains in great usable condition with plenty of life left.
- Functionality: 100% field-ready. All main zippers, press studs, drawstrings, and buckles work as intended with no critical faults.
- Fabric & Wear: Structurally sound with light cosmetic wear, minor abrasion, or subtle fading from normal military use and laundering.
- Markings & Personalisation: May feature soldier names, unit numbers, service markings, or light depot stamps written on tags or fabric.
- Repairs: May include neat, professional military-standard stitches or minor reinforcement patches that do not compromise gear integrity.
- Storage & Cleanliness: Gear is serviceable straight out of the box, though a standard initial wash or airing is recommended to clear typical military surplus storage scent and minor handling dust.
A 4-colour disruptive brushstroke pattern composed of curved black, dark brown, and mid-green swabs printed over a khaki-sand field. Engineered to break up the soldier's outline in temperate European woodland, it significantly improved concealment over preceding monotone drab uniforms.
