KEY FEATURES
This is a genuine Austrian Army Olive Drab Field Cap, kept in unissued 'as new' condition.
Military Heritage
This original Feldkappe is a staple of the Austrian Bundesheer. It is designed around the legendary WW2-era mountain cap shape, featuring a distinctive profile and an embroidered red-and-white national cockade. These caps are genuine cold war surplus, offering real military history and unique style in unissued 'as new' condition.
Durable Construction
For demanding field duties, the Austrian army chose a lightweight but tough polyester-cotton fabric. This weave is highly resistant to wear and tear, drying quickly when wet. The signature RAL 7013 stone grey-olive shade provides superb camouflage in woodlands while looking clean and smart for daily casual wear.
Field Utility
Built for comfort on long outdoor treks, this cap features four side eyelets to keep your head cool. The brim is stiff enough to shade your eyes from direct sunlight, yet flexible enough to fold flat into a pocket or rucksack. It is highly practical for camping, bushcraft, or gardening where civilian caps fail to hold up.
Equip yourself with a piece of genuine European military surplus for your next outdoor adventure.
This item was used by the Austrian Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
