Genuine Issue Surplus
KEY FEATURES
This original Belgian Army water bottle and cover provides rugged, field-tested hydration in the great outdoors.
Military Heritage & Origin
Issued to the Belgian Armed Forces (ABL) during the late Cold War era between 1980 and 2000, this genuine canteen replaced older, heavier aluminium designs. It served general service infantry units as standard field hydration equipment. The bottle is moulded from impact-resistant, olive drab plastic, ensuring it stands up to harsh field conditions without cracking or splitting.
Insulated Pouch & Cover
The set includes a heavy-duty, water-resistant vinyl cover in matching olive green. This pouch features a thick fleece-insulated lining designed to protect the bottle and keep your water cool in summer or prevent freezing in winter. Securing with two brass-plated press studs, it keeps the canteen safe, while the rear features sturdy webbing loops compatible with the ALICE system.
Technical Specs & Modern Use
Holding 750ml of liquid, this compact canteen measures 20cm x 16cm x 9cm and weighs only 215g. It is a superb, high-utility choice for bushcraft, hiking, and camping, offering a level of durability that fragile civilian bottles cannot match. The secure screw-on cap features an integrated plastic retaining strap so you never lose it in the field.
Equip your webbing with this genuine Belgian military canteen for dependable hydration in the field.
