Alpine Military Origin
Originally designed for the Austrian Bundesheer mountain troops, these Anzug 03 trousers—officially known as the Kampfanzug 2003—were built to withstand harsh alpine terrain. Issued in the legendary RAL 7013 Steingrau-Oliv colour, this unique brown-grey hue provides excellent camouflage across both rocky mountain paths and dense woodland environments.
Heavyweight Field Durability
Made from a tough 50/50 cotton-polyester blend, this mid-weight fabric resists tears and abrasion during demanding bushcraft or workwear tasks. The design features reinforced double-layer knees to protect high-wear zones, integrated suspender loops, and a secure zip fly with a top button closure that stands up to rugged outdoor use.
Practical Utility and Fit
Equipped with two deep slash pockets and two large cargo pockets with protective flaps and secure zip closures, these pants keep your gear safe. The ankle cuffs are fitted with elasticated drawstrings and toggles, allowing you to easily adjust the fit around your boots to seal out debris, cold wind, and moisture on the trail.

This item was used by the Austrian Army during the Modern (2000–Present) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
