Post-War Military Heritage
The Danish Equipment Commission designed the Oppakningssystem M/45-50 webbing alongside the British Mills Equipment Company after the Second World War. This pouch mirrors the iconic British Pattern 37 and 44 designs, offering a rare piece of European military history for collectors. As used military surplus, each piece shows unique character and historic service wear.
Heavy-Duty Construction
This water bottle cover is made from highly durable, thick cotton canvas designed to withstand harsh field environments. The top flap is secured by two directional Lift-the-Dot studs. These brass fasteners are designed to only release from a specific angle, preventing your canteen from falling out during active bushcraft, hunting, or hiking.
Field Utility and Mounting
The rear features heavy-duty webbing straps with brass slide buckles and dual metal D-rings, allowing direct mounting to Danish or British Pattern 37 belts. Inside, a small built-in pocket provides handy organisation for water purification tablets. It is a highly functional utility pouch for outdoor enthusiasts, survivalists, and collectors alike.

This item was used by the Other Army during the Early Cold War (1947–1960) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
