Originally issued to British, Italian, and Canadian forces, this pouch was designed to carry charger clips for the .303 Lee-Enfield rifle. Built during WWII and the immediate post-war era, it reflects classic military webbing design. Each compartment held stripper clips securely, ensuring infantrymen had quick access to ammunition during field operations.
Robust Construction and Hardware
Made from heavy-duty woven cotton canvas, this pouch withstands harsh outdoor conditions without tearing. Individual pocket flaps are secured with durable brass popper studs that keep contents contained. On the rear, built-in brass belt loops and an adjustable top strap buckle allow straightforward attachment to standard webbing sets or leather belts.
