US M1 Helmet Liner Nape Strap
Good used condition. Fully functional and field-ready, with light wear and typical service markings.
Genuine Issue Surplus
KEY FEATURES
Genuine US military surplus M1 helmet liner nape strap.
Essential Helmet Stability
This original US Army neckband clips directly into the rear suspension of your M1 helmet liner. It supports the lower back of the head, preventing the steel shell from shifting during movement. Built to official military specifications, it is a vital component for completing an authentic Vietnam War headgear configuration.
Rugged Military Hardware
Made from heavy-duty olive drab cotton webbing, each strap features four black-finished steel press studs and a metal friction buckle. The integrated slide allows for quick length adjustment to achieve a secure fit against the neck.
Authentic DSA Contract Markings
Each unissued piece is stamped with original contract markings, including DSA 100-67-C-3415 and stock number 8415-153-6670. These authentic 1967 production stamps provide proven provenance for military vehicle drivers, living historians, and militaria collectors.
Complete your original M1 helmet suspension setup with genuine Vietnam War surplus.
This item was used by the US Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
