The Italian Army Roma 75 Parka is an original modular combat coat issued to Italian ground forces.
Three-Way Modular Wear
The real standout of this coat is its three-way modular design. Wear the shell with the quilted thermal liner buttoned inside for maximum winter warmth. Strip the liner out when you just need a lightweight, windproof outer layer for milder days. For camp chores, simply zip off the liner sleeves and wear the padded body as a standalone utility gilet.
Cold War Service History
Designated as the Modello Roma 75, this combat coat was introduced in the 1970s by the Italian Army to replace the M1955 uniform. The collar carries the stitched white stars known as the Stellette Militari, the official emblem of Italian military service. Supplied in unissued Supergrade condition, it preserves every original Cold War detail without prior field wear.
Rugged Materials and Storage
The outer shell is cut from dense 100% cotton gabardine, a weave selected for long-term abrasion resistance and natural wind protection. A protective storm flap with buttons shields the front against howling drafts, while internal waist and hem cords seal in heat. You get two deep bellowed waist pockets and two internal zipped chest pockets for secure gear storage.

This item was issued to the Italian Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and remains in Supergrade condition. It is unissued original surplus, but may have minor dust or storage marks from warehouse storage. We recommend giving it a wash or airing it out before wearing.
