The Alice Pouch Belt Slide Keeper Clip attaches military pouches and field gear directly to equipment belts.
Military Grade Fastening
Adopted in 1973 for the US Army ALICE system, this metal slide keeper replaced older hook attachments to improve gear stability. The stamped steel design provides rigid support on the move, stopping attached pouches from bouncing or sagging during outdoor use.
Simple Slide Gate Mechanism
Each clip features a vertical sliding gate that opens to loop over webbing straps or belt loops. Once closed, the locking tab keeps your gear locked in place until you manually slide it open. This allows you to reposition pouches quickly without taking off your belt.
Versatile Utility
A protective black coating shields the steel against rust and wear in wet conditions. Beyond standard military belts, these keepers work well for attaching canteens, first aid kits, or extra pouches to modern backpacks and bushcraft loadouts.

This item was used by the US Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
